Each week Chef Adam gets fresh new ingredients from local farms, and develops a unique menu inspired by them.
Being truly farm to table, Chef will take entire turkeys, locally grown and antibiotic free, and use every delicious part. Come in and try our turkey “oysters”- only two per turkey, these scrumptious and tender dark meat pieces will melt in your mouth. Served with Plato Dale Farms bekena and topped with fresh turkey jus- it’s the perfect small plate to start off your dinner!
