Hello fellow CRāVers!

Friday is finally here, and what better way to kick off your weekend than an exceptional meal at CRāVing Restaurant? We have a slew of brand new daily cravings that will surely satisfy everyone in your party.

Take, for example, our Fried Turkey Wings, smothered in turkey confit, fried until delightfully crispy, topped with fresh orange fennel and Plato Dale Farms herb pistou. It’s the perfect small plate to whet your appetite.

For dinner, may I suggest our Carbonara? The local farmers at T-Meadow farms have sent us the tenderest of pork cheeks, which the chefs here have cured into the salted and smokey guanciale. Chef then renders down the guanciale with a Groundworks Farm hen egg, and tops everything with freshly grated parmesan reggiano. All served over a bed of house made fettucine pasta.
